In these retreats we offer  

  • Daily yoga – gentle flows and Yin Yoga, beginners welcome.

  • Meditation – Wide variety of techniques

  • Breathwork

  • Tibetan bowl sound healing

  • Art therapy

  • Meditative walks on the beach and hike in the mountains

  • Homemade food and cold pressed juices, (vegetarian and mostly organic).

  • Reiki full body massage

  • Foot reflexology

 

In the setting of a private home.

with 3 participants maximum, a short walk to the ocean.

Galina - Host, and will be creating the cold pressed juices, smoothies and beautiful food.

Julia - Art Therapist graduated in Geneva, Switzerland. Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Breathwork certified. Trained mostly in India and Bali. Teaching since 2014.

Activating your 5 senses using movement, writing, painting, theatre and sound to explore the world and your life. Each modality is a doorway to discover hidden parts of yourself, breakdown barriers, heal trauma, create new thought patterns and possibilities.

Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork

Realigning the body, mind and spirit to the present moment using movement and breathing techniques. This enables deep relaxation, healing and connection to your true self.

We shall explore different types of yoga and meditation so you can see what works best for you. There are active meditations, guided, silent, mantra and breathwork. Yoga postures can be held for long in a relaxed way, or can flow gently from one posture to another.

Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing

All is vibration and energy : atoms, cells and the entire universe vibrate. The Tibetan Bowls vibrate at specific frequencies that realign the vibration of the nervous system, activating energy lines of the body enabling deep relaxation and healing.

Healing Juices and Food

Freshly squeezed cold pressed juices retain all the vitamins and nutrients. The smoothies will be aimed at boosting the immune system. All foods are fresh and organic as much as possible. Made with Love.
